💼 What You’ll Do:

As a codinators you will do

Full-time role so you need to work 8 – 10 hours a day. Company timings are 8 am UK to 6 pm UK time, Monday to Friday, weekends are off. You can take breaks in between.

There is going to be a 1 week training for the role and after you have passed the training you will be endorsed to work on the projects for 3 weeks during which you have to achieve submissions or credits.

After three weeks, the successful candidates will be promoted to the Coordinator role, by hiring a team of 10 – 15 individuals (research analysts) and then training them on the same process of working on the projects as they have done themselves.

The duties of a coordinator include having their projects, client reach-outs for projects, submitting experts to the clients, creating screening questions, sending call invites to the expert and the clients, setting up and hosting calls, etc. Will be trained on this process after they are endorsed.

– BS degree or equivalent.
– 0-2 years of Professional experience. (Fresh Grads are highly encouraged)
