Job Description
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies to engage the Latino community. You will work on two primary projects: Emailing realtors and establishing relationships with Latino churches.

Your efforts will directly impact the ability to reach potential clients and grow your client’s business.
Develop Marketing Materials:
• Create compelling marketing packets tailored to realtors and church leaders.
• Design engaging email templates for outreach campaigns.
• Ensure all materials reflect our brand and resonate with our target audience.

Email Campaign Management:
• Purchase and manage a list of realtors.
• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to promote our owner-financing options.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Community Engagement:
• Identify key Latino churches and community organizations for outreach.
• Build relationships with church leaders and event planners.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing packets and follow-up communications.

Collaboration and Reporting:
• Work closely Brantley to align marketing efforts with business goals. .
• Provide regular updates on campaign progress and community engagement activities.
• Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve our marketing strategies.

Must Haves
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Experience with email marketing and community outreach campaigns.
• Ability to create visually appealing and persuasive marketing materials.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.

Nice to Haves
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
• Certifications in marketing or real estate are a plus.

Home Office Requirements
