Leasing Agent with UAE Driving License

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and a proven background in property leasing, with the role being commission-based.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the leasing process for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property tours and manage client interactions.
Negotiate lease terms and agreements.
Stay informed on market trends and available listings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Leasing Agent in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of UAE leasing regulations and market trends.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Compensation: Commission-based.
