Qualifications

High school diploma
Prior experience working in a call center environment
Abide by strict confidentiality standards
General computer skills
Familiarity with insurance policies
Experience working in EMR, Genesis, or other healthcare scheduling tool valuable but not required
A background check and drug screen are required

Responsibilities
Call Center Representative needed to support primary care clinics for a Georgia healthcare company
The Call Center Representative will work with patients to schedule office visits with providers, verify insurance information and patient demographics, and have in-depth conversations to answer questions and ensure quality customer service
The ideal candidate is comfortable being on the phone consistently and abiding by a rigid schedule (set times for lunch and breaks throughout the day)
Answer high-volume of inbound calls from patients

Review patient accounts and update records with insurance and demographic information

Responsibilities:
