We are looking for a talented Digital Marketer and Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Dovey Pharma. In this dual role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing our online presence, and creating visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, and supporting our marketing efforts across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote Dovey Pharma’s products and services.
Optimize website content, and user experience for better search engine rankings (SEO).
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
Manage and monitor social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, and traffic, engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for email marketing, newsletters, blogs, and social media posts.
Keep up with industry trends, digital tools, and new marketing strategies to stay competitive in the healthcare market.
Graphic Design:
Design eye-catching graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, newsletters, and other online platforms.
Create branded marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners for both digital and print use.
Develop and maintain visual consistency in line with Dovey Pharma’s brand guidelines.
Produce and edit short videos for social media and promotional purposes.
Ensure timely delivery of all graphic design projects while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (eg., Photoshop) and other design tools.
Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Strong attention to detail with a good understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
