NOTE: This position is for work in Davao Philippines. If you pass our testing and are hired by our company, you will be flown into Davao to work in our Davao office with other amazing members of our team.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Experience: Minimum 4 years in PHP, with at least 2 years in Core PHP.

Database Expertise: High proficiency and solid understanding.

Javascript Skills: Strong experience and understanding.

Startup Enthusiasm: Keen to work in a startup tech company environment.

Innovative Thinking: Ability to think and work creatively.

Communication: Excellent skills, with proficiency in English.

Teamwork: Collaborative approach to projects.

Deadlines: Commitment to meet project timelines.

Motivation: High levels of self-drive.

Availability: Able to work over 45 hours per week, 6 days a week.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Experience in CodeIgniter, CSS, Server Management, React.js, and WordPress Development.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $1000 to $2000, based on experience and time spent with the company.

NOTICE: EVERY developer will start at $1,000 USD and will be evaluated every 90 days. If it is found that a wage adjustment is required, your wage will be adjusted according to your evaluated skill level and other factors. You may have to work your way up to a wage of $2,000 and it may take time. Through time and dedication, you can achieve this, and if it is found that your skill level is fitting of a higher wage, your wage will be negotiated. Under no circumstances will your wage be prematurely negotiated or negotiated above $2,000.
