Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at one of our esteemed clients based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing the Sales Team and meeting sales targets especially focusing on Sales on Cash basis.

 

Skills Required

·       Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management and Business Development skills.

·       Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

·       Effectively initiate / execute new Products’ Launch & capturing the Shelf.

·       Experience in meeting aggressive Sales targets and driving Revenue growth.

·       Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

·       Strong organizational and time management skills

·       Ability to work independently & manage the Sales team effectively.

 

Qualification

·       Minimum Graduation, preferably BBA (Marketing).

·       Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

·       2 to 3 years’ excellent Selling experience in Food, Fresh & Frozen food, preferably in Saudi Arabia or Gulf region.
