Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our team and engage in a structured, process-driven sales environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to follow scripts and processes to drive sales effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to a pre-defined list of prospects, following a structured script and sales process.
Follow Sales Process: Adhere to established sales processes, workflows, and scripts to ensure consistency and compliance across all calls.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering relevant information using predefined criteria to assess the prospect’s interest in the product or service.
ollow-Up: Follow up on previous calls, inquiries, and leads to ensure a continuous sales cycle, always using pre-established procedures for consistency.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs, such as conversion rates, call volume, and customer retention, while following best practices.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address client questions or concerns, ensuring they are handled within the guidelines of the company’s processes.
Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market feedback, and any process issues or suggestions to the sales team leader or manager.
Key Skills & Requirements
Sales Experience: Previous experience in telesales or a customer service-driven role, particularly in a process-focused environment, is preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Clear, articulate, and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
