Job Title:  Customer Service Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services while gaining valuable experience in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to client inquiries, provide event information, and resolve issues promptly.
2. Manage attendee registrations, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
3. Assist with event setup, coordination, and teardown, as needed.
4 Troubleshoot and resolve event-related issues, escalating to the Event Manager/Planner when necessary.
5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve event services and overall customer experience.
6.Work closely with the Event Manager/Planner, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
7. Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, reporting, and maintaining event records.

Requirements:
OND Degree in Mass Communication, Hospitality, English or any other related field.
1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in events or hospitality.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on excel and familiarity with customer/ event management software is a plus.
