Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Receptionist/ Customer Care Captain to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer care service.

Duties and responsibilities

· Duty timing 10:30 to 7:00pm

· Keeping detailed and adequate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints on written forms or digitally.

· Overseeing production progress of all ongoing projects of our clients and ensuring timely delivery as per commitment and communicating to clients about current project status.

· Handling customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions.

· Follow up with previous or current clients to anticipate their needs.

· Maintain an emphatic, positive, and professional attitude towards the clients at all times.

· Respond promptly and quickly to clients’ requests or inquiries.

· Answer to incoming calls and official What’s App of Brand Fuel

Job-Qualification

Minimum education BA/BBA
Call center or customer service experience preferred
Willingness to participate in training before hire and on-the-job
Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
Dedication to customer satisfaction
Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer
Familiarity with all of the goods and services offered by the company
