We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager PPC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Polymer Engineering and over 5 years of experience in the relevant manufacturing industry. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage production planning and control effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency.

Monitor and control production processes to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
