Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our corporate sales efforts and drive business growth in the OIL AND GAS /ENERGY SECTOR. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in corporate sales, proposal management, and business development. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategic proposals to win new business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development
– Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
– Build relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions for clients
2. Proposal Management
– Develop and manage proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other business opportunities
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop proposal content
– Ensure proposals are high-quality, compliant, and submitted on time
3. Corporate Sales
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
– Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means
4. Market Analysis and Research
– Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
– Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
5. Collaboration and Communication
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams
– Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

1. Education
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. Experience
– Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or a related field
– Proven track record of success in proposal management and business development
3. Skills
– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
– Strong business development and sales skills
– Ability to develop and manage proposals
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
