Job Summary
The Strategy Analyst will be responsible for the development, planning, and coordination of strategic campaigns and initiatives, aimed at creating brand awareness, engagement, and bringing the brand top-of-mind to our targeted audience for the purpose of increasing our bottom-line. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, designing strategies, and leading cross-functional efforts to unlock untapped revenue potential. You will work closely with leadership to evaluate the feasibility and scalability of new initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business objectives and develop strategies to achieve both short- and long-term goals and continuity of the business.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis to assess competitive positioning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop predictive models and scenario planning tools to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
  • Monitor economic, regulatory, and demographic changes impacting the business.
  • Identify market opportunities and risks to guide strategy formulation.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for optimization.
  • Analyze the success of implemented strategies and suggest enhancements.
  • Work closely with senior executives and departmental leaders to understand business needs.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
  • Present data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives and track project progress.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field
    2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Proven experience in strategy development, business analysis, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of business modeling, financial analysis, and strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, PESTEL).
