🌟 Master Baker – Work in Zagreb, Croatia!
📍 Location: Zagreb, Republic of Croatia
📑 Employment Type: Minimum 12-month contract (possibility of permanent employment)
💰 Salary: €1,200 net/month
🛏️ Accommodation: Provided and paid for by the employer
🍞 Food: Provided from the bakery
📅 Working Days: 6 days per week, 1 day off
🕒 Shifts: 8-hour shifts, including night shifts as scheduled by employer
🏆 Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of breads, croissants, and pastries from scratch
✔️ Measure ingredients, shape dough, and monitor the rising process
✔️ Control baking temperatures, timing, and humidity for consistent quality
✔️ Operate bakery equipment: scales, sieves, baking sheets, transport carts, etc.
✔️ Maintain workplace hygiene and follow all food safety standards
🎯 Requirements:
🔹 At least 8 months of experience in a bakery (bread, pastries, croissants)
🔹 Strong skills in dough mixing, shaping, and baking
🔹 Physically fit – able to lift trays, knead dough, and work standing for long hours
🔹 Able to work in high-temperature environments
🔹 Zero tolerance for alcohol/substance abuse during employment
🔹 Professional, responsible, and meticulous with a positive attitude
🔹 Great team player with solid communication skills
