Overview

Job Purpose

You would ensure to provide the best service for the operations of all Food and beverage outlets and services in the hotel.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure buffet name tags are correctly labelled as per the food on display.
  • To identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
  • Always ensure hygiene and cleanliness in food & beverage outlets.
  • Attend daily restaurant, kitchen & bar briefings.
  • Reduce pilferage.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
  • Keep records of all hazards
  • Right disposal of food waste
  • Ensure excellent service delivery in restaurant, room and night service, and banquets.
  • Ensure services meet customer specification.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of inventories.
  • Food is kept at safe temperature.
  • Practice frequent hand washing and Periodic disinfection of the restaurant.
  • Guest Relations – ensure a minimum of 90% guest satisfaction is always maintained.
  • To ensure that KPIs are met completely and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and legislative requirements (HSE).
  • Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualification

2 – 5 years of work experience.
