Job Overview:

We are seeking two Sales Executives with experience in Internet Telecom Sales or IT Sales to manage client communications, vendor negotiations, and post-sales support. The role involves coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring smooth delivery of services. You will also be responsible for following up on customer feedback and managing trouble tickets to ensure client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

>> Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather product/service requirements and provide pricing details.

>> Vendor Negotiation: Contact vendors to request quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure vendors align with the client’s budget and requirements.

>> Sales Coordination: Negotiate and convince vendors to provide products within the client’s budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

>> Post-Sales Support: After service delivery, follow up with clients to gather feedback, and log any issues or bug tickets into the ERP system.

>> Customer Service: Track and follow up on trouble tickets logged in the system, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Reporting: Keep accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and service delivery statuses.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

>> Experience: 2+ years in Internet Telecom Sales or IT Sales.

>> Communication: Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) to negotiate with clients and vendors effectively.

>> Sales & Negotiation: Proven experience in negotiating pricing with vendors and convincing them to meet client budgets.

>> Customer Support: Ability to track and follow up on customer feedback and service tickets in an ERP system (e.g., CRM, Zoho, Salesforce).

>> Problem-Solving: Capable of working with different teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

>> Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online communication tools, email, and ERP systems.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

>> Experience with Google Sheets, ERP Systems (e.g., ERPNExt, Zoho, Salesforce) for ticket management.

>> Knowledge of Telecom/IT Products and Services.

>> Previous experience working with Telecom Internet Local international clients is a plus.
