Business Development Manager
Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving company revenue through innovative strategies. You will collaborate with various departments within the organization to develop and implement effective business development plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation strategies.
Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on company goals and objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations.
Develop and present proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of the company’s products or services.
Worked on Lead Generations through Upwork, Fiver, LinkedIn and Salesnavigator.

Sales and Negotiation:
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align business development activities with overall company objectives.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.
Prepare proposals for upwork bidding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
