We are excited to invite applications for faculty positions in our growing health sciences department. We are recruiting for various levels of academic staff to teach and mentor students in the following National Diploma (ND) programs:

ND Community Health
ND Environmental Health Technology
ND Epidemiology and Disease Control Technology
ND Family Healthcare Technology
ND Health Information Management
ND Medical Laboratory Technology
ND Nutrition and Dietetics
ND Public Health Technology
ND Nursing Sciences
We are looking for qualified individuals to fill the following positions across various academic ranks:

CONPCASS 1: Assistant Lecturer
Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health field, or currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program.
Experience: None required, but a strong desire to contribute to academic growth and student success.
Responsibilities: Assist in teaching, course preparation, and student assessments under the guidance of senior faculty.
CONPCASS 2: Lecturer II
Qualifications: A Master’s degree in a relevant health field.
Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience in a related subject area.
Responsibilities: Lead lectures, supervise students, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in research activities.
CONPCASS 3: Lecturer I
Qualifications: A Master’s degree in a relevant health field.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of teaching experience in health-related subjects.
Responsibilities: Deliver lectures, coordinate courses, supervise students, and participate in research initiatives.
CONPCASS 4: Senior Lecturer
Qualifications: A PhD or equivalent in a relevant health field.
Experience: Substantial teaching experience (5+ years) with a strong research background.
Responsibilities: Lead academic programs, conduct research, publish scholarly articles, mentor junior faculty, and contribute to institutional development.

Key Responsibilities for All Roles:

Teach undergraduate courses and supervise student projects.
Develop course materials and assessments.
Participate in departmental meetings and academic activities.
Engage in continuous professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:

A degree in a relevant health or medical field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD as per position).
Proven expertise in the health sciences field.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and advancing healthcare education.
