Responsibilities
-Inputting and updating data in various databases and systems
-Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entries
-Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
-Assisting in preparing reports and presentations as needed
-Responding to inquiries and providing information as required
-Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
-Performing routine office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents

Requirement
-High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in related field preferred
-Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management
-Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
