Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and promote our innovative product, Tech on Toast “Connect,” to small and medium-sized restaurants across the UK. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a crucial role in expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify and target potential clients within the SME restaurant sector across the UK. Initiate contact via phone and email to introduce them to the benefits of Tech on Toast “Connect.”
Product Presentation: Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of Tech on Toast “Connect,” highlighting how the product can solve common pain points in restaurant management, enhance operational efficiency, and boost profitability.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Understand their unique needs and tailor your approach to align Tech on Toast “Connect” with their specific business goals.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. Provide prospective clients with detailed product information, offer demonstrations, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Follow-up and Reporting: Regularly follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress using the company’s CRM system. Report on weekly sales activity and results.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to share feedback from clients and help refine our messaging and product offerings.

Qualifications and skills:
Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in selling technology solutions or services to the hospitality industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with the SME restaurant market in the UK is a strong plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
Remote Work Discipline: Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. Self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and demonstrate new software products. Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
Customer-centric: A passion for helping businesses succeed, with a customer-first approach in all interactions.
