inspections, liaising with clients, overseeing property management
tasks, and ensuring smooth operations in the field. This role requires

handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirement:- OND, HND, NCE, BSc etc academic qualifications. Working
field experience and knowledge of the property market within Lagos,
Nigeria will be an added advantage

You must also be fully residing within The Island – From Obalende, Lagos
Island, VI, Ikoyi, Lekki, Chevron, Sangotedo and ajah. This makes it
easier for you to easily communite from your primary location and meet
with clients physically for inspections without any need moving from our
Lagos Mainland office. Fully remote working operation, however with day
to day full-time working update

Skills Required

– Good understanding of local area maps within Lagos, Nigeria, and also
a basic, fair or good understanding of the real estate markets and
trends.
– Proven professional ethics, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
– Ability to work in the field along with clients.
– Strong interpersonal skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to stay focused on tasks while under pressure.
– Ability to be team-motivated and individually motivated.
– Ability to interact with co-workers, clients, supervisors, real estate
owners and agents, and the public in an articulate, courteous and
business-like manner at all times.
– Strong sense of responsibility, self-image, enthusiasm and
hardworking.

Responsibilities:-

– Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are
seeking
– Sourcing for properties that meet clients’ requirements
– Coordinating property viewings and inspections with the clients
– Act as an intermediary in negotiations between agents/landlords and
clients
– Networking with property owners and real estate agents
– Compare a property with similar rental properties to determine its
competitive market price
– Advising clients on the suitability and the best rental value of any
property the clients desire
