Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge O/A Level curriculum.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans catering to different learning styles.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Participate in school events, professional development programs, and workshops.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.) or a relevant subject.
Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in Cambridge O/A Level or an equivalent international curriculum.
Excellent proficiency in English (spoken & written).
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
Experience with modern teaching methodologies and technology integration.
