Job Description: As a Software Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and engaging potential clients who could benefit from our software products. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions to drive sales growth. You will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively seek new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and attending events.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our software solutions.
Understand the unique needs of each client and recommend customized software solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of our software solutions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our software in the market.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure client success.
Requirements:
Proven experience in software sales or IT sales (minimum 2-3 years).
Strong knowledge of software products and solutions, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales and client success.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field (preferred ).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
