Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate services.
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to assess trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure effective lead generation and conversion.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the real estate industry in Ghana is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of market research and digital marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in Voice Over recording is an added advantage
