Senior Sales Manager – Multinational Food Manufacturing Industry

 

Job Summary:

 

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Africa region, driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening our market position. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, foster strong customer relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

– Manage key customers, resolve business-related issues, and develop sales strategies to achieve targets

– Identify business opportunities in major retail chains and collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize them

– Manage budgets, demand forecasting, and conduct business planning and analysis

– Develop and negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and compliance with legal requirements

 

Requirements:

 

– 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in Food & Beverage

– Degree in a related discipline (business/marketing preferred)

– Proven experience in FMCG/retail key account management

– Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

– Result-oriented, team player with strong problem-solving skills

– French speaking ability is a plus

 

Work Location:

 

Tema, Ghana (must be resident in or near Tema)

 

Work Type:

 

Full-time, with both office and field work requirements
