Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, including both mechanical and electrical systems, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, control panels, motor systems, and PLC-controlled equipment.
Hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems, including pumps, gearboxes, electric motors, and variable frequency drives.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals. Experience in welding, fabrication, and panel assembly.
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure. Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
The Maintenance Engineer will lead and oversee a team of mechanical technicians and industrial electricians responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the factory’s machinery and systems.
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of both mechanical and electrical equipment, minimizing downtime, and optimizing overall factory performance.
