Position: HUB MANAGER

We seek to hire full time HUB MANAGER

The selected candidate will oversee the entire Hub operations.

Job Type: Permanent.

Locations:

1) Ondo State: Sabo Market Ore and Shasha Market Akure.

2) Ado-Ekiti: Shasha Market.

3) Ogun State: Ogere Market and Kuto Market.

4) Oyo State: Bodija Market,

5) Lagos State: Abat Market, Ibeju Lekki, Mile 12 Market Ketu, Ikeja Market and Badagry Market.

6) Osun State: Oja Tun-Tun Ile-Ife Market and Aje Market Osogbo.

Requirement:

Degree/HND in food sciences or related course with 1-3 years’ work experience as a hub operator or in a similar role.
Marketing Experience
Customer Relationship Experience
Familiarity with Knowledge of at least 2 languages; English and Native language of the Environment.
Smart, Dedicated, Hardworking and Self-motivated individuals.
Responsibilities:

Regularly monitor the temperature within the cold storage facility to ensure it meets the required standards for preserving goods.
Keep track of inventory stored in the cold room, ensuring accurate record of quantities, types of products and expiration dates via coldvite app.
Loading and unloading of goods into and from the cold room ensuring proper handling to maintain product integrity.
Conduct regular inspection of stored goods to ensure they meet quality standards and report any issue or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate record and documentation relates to the temperature logs, inventory and equipment maintenance.
Ensure compliance to safety regulations and guidelines to guarantee a secure working environment for both personnel and stored goods.
Identify and troubleshoot minor issues related to temperature control, equipment malfunctions or other operational challenges.

About ColdHubs Limited

ColdHubs, is a “plug and play” modular, solar-powered walk-in cold room, for 24/7 off-grid storage and preservation of perishable foods. It adequately addresses the problem of post- harvest losses in fruits, vegetables and other perishable food. ColdHubs, is installed in major food production and consumption centers (in markets and farms), farmers place their produce in clean plastic crates, these plastic crates are stacked inside the cold room. This extends the freshness of fruits, vegetables and other perishable food from 2 days to about 21 days. The solar powered walk-in cold room is made of 120mm insulating cold room panels to retain cold. Energy from solar panels mounted on the roof-top of the cold room are stored in high capacity batteries, these batteries feeds an inverter which in turn feeds the refrigerating unit.
