Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Programs Manager to support the development and execution of a variety of programs at Crowdpen. This entry to mid-level role is perfect for someone passionate about digital creation and eager to gain experience in program management and writer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development & Implementation:Assist in the design, planning, and execution of a range of programs, including workshops, challenges, webinars, and mentorship opportunities.
Develop and maintain program schedules, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, community) to ensure program alignment with overall brand goals.
Participant Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Manage participant recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Monitor participant progress and engagement throughout program duration.
Foster a supportive and inclusive community environment for participants.
Content Management:Collaborate with the development team to ensure program-related content is effectively featured and promoted.
Support the creation and curation of high-quality content for program participants and the broader Crowdpen community.
Administrative Support:Maintain accurate records and databases of program activities and participants.
Prepare reports and analyze program data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events (if applicable).
Communication & Outreach:Draft and disseminate communications to program participants, stakeholders, and the broader community.
Assist in managing social media accounts and other communication channels related to Crowdpen programs.
Create content for program newsletters, updates, and promotional materials.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Education, Project Management or related)
1-3 years of work experience, preferably in program coordination, events management, or related fields
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a fast-paced team.
Passion for supporting creators and fostering a thriving online community.
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with writers or in a publishing environment
Familiarity with digital content platforms or content management systems
Basic understanding of social media management for professional accounts
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
Experience in event planning or workshop coordination
