SALARY:
1. Basic salary: 50k-80k
2. Bonus: upto 15k weekly performance bonus
3. Daily bonus
4. Airtime and data bonus
5. Work from home after 2weeks of good performance
6. Salary increment after 3months
RESPONSIBILITY:
Manages recovery of overdue loan.
Contacting customers daily/weekly and informing them of their overdue loans.
Following up with customers daily/weekly on previous payment & redemption date
Advising customers on the best payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.
Reporting accurate customer feedback daily/weekly.
REQUIREMENT:
Candidates should possess an SSCE /OND /HND / B.Sc qualification with O-1 year work experience.
Previous experience in tele-collections or customer service will be an added advantage.
Strong written, Communication and Negotiation skills.
Agile, Teachable, and wiling to learn.
Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to details and strong Listening skills.
Must have smart phone.
