Position Title: Field Sales Agent

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and target potential business clients in designated markets and regions within Lagos.
– Promote the app’s features and benefits to local businesses, focusing on how it can enhance their operations and increase their customer base.
– Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with business owners and decision-makers.
– Assist businesses with the app registration and onboarding process.
– Provide ongoing support and training to ensure successful adoption and usage of the app.
– Gather feedback from clients and report to the Sales Manager to help improve our services and app features.
– Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
– Always represent the company in a professional manner.

Qualifications:
– WAEC, ND, and Bachelors degree holders in business, marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, tech, or e-commerce sectors.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
– Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets.
– Familiarity with Lagos markets and local business landscape is an advantage.
– Proficiency in using smartphones and basic computer applications.
– Fluency in English and knowledge of any other local local language is a must:
