Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
Prepare and submit high-quality bids and proposals in response to client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Support the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and pitches to potential clients.
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Knowledge of upwork and other related platforms for bidding.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (internships or part-time work experience considered).
Special knowledge of bidding processes and proposal preparation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
IT Fluency is a plus.
