*Position: Inside Sales/Business development Specialist* bpo

✅Salary: 5500 – RM 6500 max
Up to 15% sales incentive
Not strict with cloud security background
✅HC: 3
📌Location: Kl Sentral, Malaysia
✅Qualification: Spm can apply
✅Start date: ASAP
✅Work Schedule: Australian business hours(Monday – Friday)
📌Note: Someone who supported Australian market is an added advantage but not necessary

*Summary* :
An Inside sales/business development with experience in Cloud, Security, Data & AI for minimum of 2 years.

*Job Description :*

▪︎ Represent the company and get new accounts/prospect new customers on a daily basis
▪︎ Follow up with existing customers and achieve targets.
▪︎ Keep track of completed activities and provide market information.
▪︎ Ability to achieve new opportunity business from and to different trade lines
▪︎ Provide Sales support, assist with reporting and analysis.
▪︎ Review daily calls, perform daily calls & follow-ups.
▪︎ Update all relevant trackers & systems once each call completed
▪︎ Participate in daily team briefing.
▪︎ Consistent performance with good quality score.
▪︎ Combination of digital tools for productivity
▪︎ Collaboration between internal and external parties to provide excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfaction.

*Requirements* :

▪︎ Acquired at least Diploma or equivalent / SPM with at least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales experience.
▪︎ Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
▪︎ MUST have telemarketing & sales background.
▪︎ Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
▪︎ Negotiating skills
