Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer at Hycroft Engineering in BC, Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product and industry knowledge. You will work in a team-oriented environment that accelerates operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the product
Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency
Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizations
Supervise technicians and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates.
Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected problems.
Design machines, components, tools, fixtures and equipment
Supervise and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical systems at construction sites or in industrial facilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Language: English
