Volunteer Role: Reference Team Member

Responsibilities:

– Send out reference requests for applicants, ensuring we receive feedback from at least three referees for each candidate.

– Conduct background checks to verify the accuracy of applicants’ credentials and information on their CVs.

– Analyze feedback from referees to ensure applicants meet IHF’s standards of quality and integrity.

– Document and report findings to aid in the selection process.

Requirements:

– Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

– Excellent communication abilities to interact professionally with references.

– A commitment to IHF’s mission and values.

– Ability to dedicate a few hours per week to this volunteer role.
