Our client in the hospitality sector with office in Ikeja is urgently hiring a Marketing Manager with vast experience in the service industry· The Ideal Candidate will;

Collaborate with marketing team to planning promotional marketing campaigns within Lagos and its environs for the group.

· Creating editorials and content creation calendar’s to various media platforms and outlets

· Assisting with the design, negotiation and placement of fliers, banners and other company’s marketing tools on TV AND radio, social media ads and email blasts.

· Producing a brand style guide that best captures the company or client’s voice and mission.

· Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, interests and other relevant factors used in creating target marketing campaign.

· Helping team leads set, allocate and monitor the budget of each projects

· Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved.

· Reviewing the progress and success of campaigns/marketing as necessary.

· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Maintain relationships with existing clients

· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

· Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

· Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

· Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Requirements/Qualifications;

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. Master’s degree will be an added advantage

· 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing or related field especially in a service industry

· Knowledge of project management is required

· Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

· Experience in digital marketing is a must

· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
