Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

·        Coordinate onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth and effective transition into the organization.

·         Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

·        Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.

·        Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other employee documentation.

·        Assist in organizing internal training sessions, seminars, or workshops for employee skill development.

Skills and Qualifications

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Basic knowledge of HR software (HRMS, payroll tools, applicant tracking systems).

·        Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

·        Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

·        A general understanding of labor laws and company policies.

·        Ability to support the performance management process by helping organize reviews, track progress, and assist with feedback collection.

·        A willingness to continually improve HR knowledge and skills, especially as new HR technologies and best practices emerge.
