Job Summary:
Our client, a foreign multinational company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in various accounting software. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health of our organization.
Main responsibilities:
· Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
· Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
· Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
· Conduct bank reconciliation and account reconciliation to maintain accurate cash flow management
· Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data and insights.
· Utilize accounting software such as Sage and other financial software for efficient record-keeping.
· Prepare financial reports as needed for management review
· Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation
Required Skills:
· Proficiency in accounting software and financial software is essential.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles, including public accounting practices.
· Experience with general ledger reconciliation, payroll processing, budgeting, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and generate reports.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
