Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
– Respond promptly to clients inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
– Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate products and services
– Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads, schedule appointments, and close sales
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities
– Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed of product updates, company policies, and industry trends
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail or service-based environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
– Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
– Proficient with Digital marketing and Social media.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
– Availability to work Monday to Friday
