Overview

Position : HR Executive

Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, Salary negotiation and hiring new employees.

2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

3. Manage the off boarding process, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.

4. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

5. Organizing events and conferences for the employees.

6. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.

7.Leave and attendance management.

8. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

10. General administration.

Key Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
1+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
