Identify and Target Potential Schools:

Actively research and identify schools, educational institutions, and relevant organizations that could benefit from  Manab SchoolLink.
Referral Generation:

  • Generate leads by engaging directly with decision-makers in schools (e.g., administrators, principals) to explain the benefits of using Manab SchoolLink.
    Convert these leads into successful partnerships, ensuring that schools sign up for the platform.
    Build and Maintain Relationships:
  • Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with school administrators and stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding and future referrals.
    Maintain communication with referred schools to ensure satisfaction and encourage them to refer other institutions.
    Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
  • Plan and implement targeted marketing strategies (online and offline) to promote Manab SchoolLink and attract schools to join the platform.
    Track and Report Referral Progress:
  • Monitor the performance of school referrals, including the number of schools referred, the conversion rate, and any challenges faced during the referral process.
    Provide regular reports on progress and performance metrics tied to the commission structure.
    Maximize Referral Opportunities:
  • Identify opportunities to increase the number of schools referred by expanding outreach efforts, using social media, participating in education events, and leveraging any existing networks.
    Negotiate Terms and Close Deals:
  • Effectively negotiate partnership terms with schools and institutions, ensuring mutual benefits and smooth onboarding onto the platform.
    Achieve Monthly/Quarterly Targets:
  • Meet or exceed set targets for the number of schools referred each month/quarter to earn the full 5% commission.
    Monitor Market Trends:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the education sector to inform marketing efforts and refine outreach strategies.
    Collaborate with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the product, customer success, and sales teams to ensure that schools receive a seamless experience from the first point of contact through to onboarding.
