Sales Representative

Overview

• Promote and sell various printing products such as full sublimation uniform, canvas bags, pillows, marketing and branding materials and large format printers via social media platforms, fieldwork and etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Provide detailed product information to potential and existing customers, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet daily and weekly sales target.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer after-sales support to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the production or technical support team to ensure timely product delivery.
