as possible on a full-time basis and fulfill the role of Business general manager.

Wage rate: $ 60.40 per hour , 40 hours a week

Over Time Wage: $ 90.40 per hour after 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% vacation Pay

Job Requirements:

* Education: Bachelors required
* Experience: 2 year to less than 3 years

Job Duties:
Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve company goals.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.

Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures to optimize operations.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.

Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee financial performance.
Analyze financial statements and reports to ensure financial health and compliance.
Implement cost-saving strategies and revenue-enhancing initiatives.

Human Resources Management:
Lead recruitment, hiring, and training of senior management and key staff.
Develop and implement HR policies and performance management systems.
Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure employee engagement and development.

Marketing and Sales:
Oversee the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
Analyze market data and customer feedback to adjust strategies and improve market position.
Ensure the company meets or exceeds sales targets and market share objectives.

Customer Relations:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Represent the company in negotiations, trade shows, and industry events.

Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure the company complies with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Implement safety and security policies to protect company assets and employees.

Innovation and Development:
Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Lead or support new product development and market expansion efforts.
Stay informed about industry developments and integrate new technologies as appropriate.

Reporting and Communication:
Report to the board of directors or company owners on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and business plans.
