Overview
We are urgently looking for an experienced occupational therapist to join our intermediate care team. We are a multidisciplinary teams of occupational therapists, nurses, social workers and support coordinators working together to facilitate discharge from hospital and prevent unnecessary hospital admission and maximize independence at home.
Our working hours are 8:30am-5pm and one late shift a week 12noon-8pm.
Candidates should hold:
– HCPC registration
– occupational therapist qualification
– 2 years reference experience
– eligibility to work in the UK.
