Social Media Marketing Specialist

Overview

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals
• Create and publish engaging content daily (e.g., text, photos, videos) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
• Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and creatives, to ensure brand consistency
• Analyze social media performance and make recommendations for optimization
• Content writing, copy writing, blogs and articles

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with followers in a professional manner
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• SEO experience is a plus
