Overview
We are looking for a Process Consultant to join our team and tackle challenging projects at the intersection of business, processes, and IT. If you enjoy analyzing complex problems, optimizing workflows, and delivering practical solutions, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
As a Process Consultant, you will work with organizations to analyze business challenges, optimize processes, and translate client needs into actionable solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business issues, documenting and improving workflows, gathering business requirements, and advising on the integration of business, processes, and IT. You will also play a coordinating role in projects, ensuring that solutions are effective and aligned with client goals.
What We’re Looking For:
-A HBO degree and experience in process optimization.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear solutions.
-Fluency in Dutch is required.
-Knowledge of Lean, Agile, or BPMN is a plus.
-Certifications such as Scrum Master (PSM 1) or Professional Product Owner (PSPO 1) are advantageous.
-3-5 years of experience in consultancy or a related field.
What We Offer:
-A competitive salary between €45,000 and €78,000 per year, depending on experience.

-A hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
