Overview

 

1. Create and implement the strategy for sales, including cross-sell and Up-sell of all products and services, in house and online to current and potential customers
2. Manage customers satisfaction, through right product delivery, on-time delivery, in right quantity, to right location, with competitive and cost saving delivery through 3PL to customers
3. Create initiatives and new business ideas and initiatives that would boost sales
4. Responsible for the business inventory & replenishment management (online, showroom & DC)
5. Maintains Optimal Techie’s Online Space with high points on digital marketing to keep
us relevant in the industry
6. Follow up on outstanding payments & negotiated transactions
7. Identify and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently, whilst
maintaining the acceptable standard of service quality
8. Liaise with other sales team member on customer orders interfacing between client & company
9. Have product knowledge to effectively provide advice to customers on what brand will suit their needs
10. Maintain an excellent customer service and professional relationship between the organization, existing and potential customers
11. Overseas the entire business Operations, ensuring a lean operation is maintained
12. Products research and development
13. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings where necessary.
14. Communicating new product developments to prospective & existing customers.
15. Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and expenses
16. Prepare and communicate to management, daily, weekly and monthly sales, and activities report in line with the company sales target.
17. And other tasks as assigned by the management
