Overview

We are seeking, in behalf of Property Management Co Limited, for a motivated Property Manager to help onboard properties on Booking.com. The project involves property setup, account management, and ensuring smooth operations to facilitate guest bookings. The main goal is to successfully list a property on Booking.com and manage it efficiently.

**Located exclusively in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico).

**Previous experience is not required, as full training, materials, and instructional videos will be provided.

Scope of Work:

1. Mobile App Setup:

– Download and install the Booking.com app on your mobile device.

2. Access Property Information:

– Retrieve essential property details from the provided Notepad (.txt) file.

– Download property images from the linked Google Drive folder.

3. Platform Registration:

– Register on www.booking.com as a host under Profile > List your property.

Account Setup:

– Set up an account using a personal email and phone number.

4. Property Listings Creation:

– Publish the property listing on Booking.com, following platform guidelines.

– Enable Instant Booking and select the option for guests to be charged at the property.

5. Property Management:

– Manage property inquiries, bookings, and availability updates on the platform.

– Ensure timely responses to guest inquiries and booking requests.

6. Forwarding Guest Information:

– Collect and forward guest reservation details (name, email, phone number, booking period, and payment info) in PDF format to the company.

 

Timeline & Submission:

– All tasks, including registration and listing, must be completed within 48 hours.

– Send the property listing link to the company for verification upon completion.

 

Deliverables:

– Completed registration and live property listings on Booking.com.

– Guest information and booking details forwarded in a timely manner.

– Verification of the property link upon successful listing.

 

Support:

– You will receive team support throughout the project to assist with any issues that arise during registration, listing, or property management.

 

Expected Outcome:

By the end of the project, the property will be live on Booking.com and ready for bookings, ensuring the smooth start of your role as Property Manager and optimizing the property’s booking potential.
