Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone calls.

 

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.

 

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Update customer records in the database.

 

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

 

Adhere to company policies and procedures.
