Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our company’s social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with the brand’s objectives, campaigns, and audience.
Social Media Management: Schedule and post regular updates across all social media channels using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers and customers, responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Campaign Management: Support and execute social media campaigns and promotions, working closely with the marketing team to ensure they align with overall brand goals.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, engagement rates) and suggest improvements based on data.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the content strategy.
Collaborations: Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, or other industry stakeholders for collaborations and promotions.
Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure that the company’s social media presence consistently reflects the brand’s voice and guidelines.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of  1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proven experience creating and managing social media content and campaigns.
Skills:Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Proficiency in social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and an eye for design.
Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with social media.
Ability to work collaboratively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
