Qualifications
• Degree/ HND in either Accounting or Marketing. The candidate with accounting qualifications must have audit, tax, and budget experience with a good knowledge of modern accounting principles and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes. The candidate with marketing background must possess a deep understanding of the advertising industry; a goal-getter with expansive network in the industry.
• Higher degrees/Certifications may give competitive advantage.
•Over five years’ relevant industry and role experience.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the organisation.
• Manage the station’s finances, staff, programmes, etc.
• Lead in developing, planning, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and listenership.
•Provide overall leadership and maintain general administrative controls and cohesion.
• Operate within relevant laws and regulations.
